Eric, one of the 5th graders, at RRO decided that he wanted to build and program a machine that solved the Rubix Cube. Eric told us how he had worked very hard mowing lawns, shoveling snow, and raking to earn enough money to buy a Lego Ev3 robotics kit. He shared that he did a lot of research to look at other people's designs to help him create his own creation. During that research he was able to find someone who had all ready written this type of program and he plugged his own numbers in to make it work for his cube. Eric brought his Rubix Cube Solving Robot to school to share it with the other classes. They were amazed and inspired! Good job Eric!
